What locations do you deliver currently?

Currently we deliver our products throughout South India.

When can I expect my orders to be delivered?

For all products that are available in stock, we generally dispatch your order within 7 days of Order confirmation. In some cases, it may take longer to process the orders due to non-availability of stocks or procurement delays. All our products are transported within Chennai are delivered by our Deliver Team and others will be delivered by Blue dart Express Ltd. We make all efforts to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time.

What if I don't get my furniture/Mattress even after the estimated date?

Glamourwood.com strives to reduce the shipping time, though some technical glitches may result in delay. If you are waiting for longer than usual, you are requested either to track your order or to call our Customer Service Representatives at +91-44-43069909 (10.30 AM - 9 PM).

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

We offers FREE shipping on every order above Rs.15000/-. For certain locations within south India and for values below Rs. 15,000/-per shipment, actual delivery charges will be charged.

How can I track my Orders?

We make all efforts to deliver our orders within the delivery time mentioned for each product. In a few cases however, we take closer to our promised 10 – 15 days for delivery. In such cases, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. Also, you can check the status of your orders by calling us or sending an email to support@glamourwood.com

What should I do in case the product I have received is damaged?

All our products pass through quality control measures to ensure that all our products maintain high-quality standards. However, if you have received any product in a damaged condition, do not accept the delivery of the product from our delivery person or our logistics partner. Please write to us @ support@glamourwood.com or call us at 044-43069909 to register our return request instead we will ship replacement product to you.

How can I receive my Orders at a different address?

Yes, you can mention a shipping address that is different from your billing address.

Where does Glamourwood.com provide free installation services?

Glamourwood.com offers its free installation services in Chennai at present.

Does Glamourwood.com deliver product to a customer's doorstep?

Glamourwood.com shall only be responsible for a door step delivery if your house or society has a service lift that can be used to deliver a medium sized product at your doorstep. In case when the customer does not have a service lift or the lift is small to carry the product with the wooden crating, and then we shall deliver the product to the ground floor only.
